Terms, delivery criteria and refund policy

This page is deliberately short and specific. It says what a deposit buys, what has to happen on your chain before delivery counts as complete, and exactly when money is refundable.

1. What you are buying

Deposits are $1,000 (License) and $500 (Launch + Share), paid through LemonSqueezy. They reserve your deployment slot and are credited against the total.

2. What "delivered" means (the five checks)

Delivery is complete when all five pass on your chain, not on ours:

  1. Contracts deployed, with their addresses published in a manifest you control.
  2. For each contract: the transaction that created it and its runtime code hash, recomputed from chain bytecode.
  3. The operator console opens against your RPC and shows its verification checklist 3/3.
  4. Curve state reads match the chain (state, reserve, canonical-pair gate).
  5. One sample launch created and bought through, on testnet, or on mainnet with a small cap.

You send the manifest link and console output; we confirm in writing. The balance is invoiced on that confirmation, and the 30-day support window starts the same day.

3. Refunds

Refund requests: hello@launchpadkit.dev, answered within two business days. You receive an invoice from us for the deposit and for the balance — there is no card processor or merchant-of-record intermediary in this sale.

4. Licence scope

5. Security status, stated plainly

Three internal review rounds left no critical or high findings, 49 of 49 local Foundry tests and 3 of 3 Base mainnet-fork tests pass — and no third-party audit has been completed. The licence does not include an audit. Until one exists, every claim stops at what you can verify on-chain: bytecode hashes against a published manifest, the LP lock ratio, and the admission rules. An audit is coordinated before mainnet deployment on request, with the cost shared or paid by you.

6. Support

30 days of async support from delivery, replies within two business days, for License and Launch + Share alike. No sales calls and no synchronous meetings are required. Team / Custom scope defines its own support terms in the agreement.

7. Not financial advice

This is software infrastructure. Token markets are volatile and most new tokens fail; a launchpad collects fees on volume, and volume is never guaranteed. Nothing here is investment advice, and no return is promised or implied.
